"Mold was identified in my kitchen which prompted my original need for mold remediation. I liked how Justin was able to inform of their process and that it guaranteed the entire sq footage of my home, not thinking I would have any other problems. This was a selling point so I signed up. Throughout the remediation process, Justin found an additional leak in my guest bathroom that had caused mold in that area. After that, he performed another treatment for my home at no additional charge. After the second treatment, Justin performed the mold air test and he identified another problem in my AC system from a leak in my garage that needed additional attention. After that, a third treatment was performed at no additional charge. I want to express that I know I made the best decision in companies because had I gone with the other estimates (which were higher in cost mind you) they would have only treated my initial concern in my kitchen, and the other areas would have gone unnoticed until who knows when… Thank you to Justin for the continuous back and forth at my home for all the testing and treatments. I can feel a major improvement in air quality in my house."
